Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage incoming customer requests and inquiries via various communication channels.
- Efficiently prepare and communicate offers using SAP and customer portals.
- Accurately process customer orders and returns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate purchase orders and deliveries, including handling expedited requests.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of customer support experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
