Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Manage incoming customer requests and inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Efficiently prepare and communicate offers using SAP and customer portals.
  • Accurately process customer orders and returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate purchase orders and deliveries, including handling expedited requests.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of customer support experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
