Monitors and follows-up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections. Addresses and resolves problems. May provide guidance and mentoring to a less senior account specialist. Delegates work to support staff and ACS where applicable. Ensures tools are understood and used. Performs related duties as assigned. Education: Associate's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience. Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or to be acquired within 120 days of start date. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $46,100 to $76,800 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
