Monitors and follows-up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections. Addresses and resolves problems. May provide guidance and mentoring to a less senior account specialist. Delegates work to support staff and ACS where applicable. Ensures tools are understood and used. Performs related duties as assigned. Education: Associate's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience. Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or to be acquired within 120 days of start date. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $46,100 to $76,800 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
