Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, developing initiatives, building organizational capabilities, and facilitating structure and process improvements to support business goals and overall growth.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and developing and interpreting HR policies.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing training programs, coaching employees.
  • Talent Forecasting & Development: Support managers in talent planning and pipeline forecasting, ensuring employee development aligns with performance standards and future needs.
  • Communication: Writing and distributing communications to employees, such as policy updates and benefits information.Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop feedback mechanisms to enhance P1's culture and drive continuous improvement, helping employees feel valued and connected to organizational goals.
  • HR Advisory & Coaching: Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, career planning, coaching, and talent management to foster employee engagement and optimize workforce capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights and problem-solving techniques for HR projects and long-term strategic initiatives to continuously enhance HR effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
  • Project & Change Management: Lead HR operational projects and organizational development initiatives, contributing to change management and strategic direction.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • 5-7 years of HR experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Skilled at influencing through relationships and data-driven insights
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Proven track record in driving change
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
