Position Overview:

A successful Sales Manager will prioritize exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to create special experiences for customers. This position entails managing floor coverage, maintaining merchandise presentation, handling sales and promotions, providing regular feedback to employees, and ensuring overall store operations adhere to company standards. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for cash-handling functions and store security.
