As a Sales Support Specialist, Here's What You'll Do:

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sale process including quotations, lease documentation, and responding to customer inquiries and requests surrounding their contracts.

Sales Support Focus:

  • Work with team to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate key reports and/data files. Assist with day-to-day tasks and problem solving with the Sales Team.
  • Request customer information as required by management team.
  • Periodic required travel for customer/prospect visit, industry events, trades shows.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers on sales structures and process' & marketing.
  • Assist with Marketing Xced products and Conference Events.
  • Work closely with the Sales - Support / Operations team on:
    • Daily Operations
    • Customer Service
    • Sales culture


Lease Documentation and Administration:

  • Prepare, review and manage all lease documentation for Canada and the United States including master leases, equipment schedules, Schedule A, Certificate of Acceptance and Rental Agreements.
  • Using Adobe Sign for electronic signature documents.
  • File of all UCC-1's and PPSAs, and file UCC/PPSA amendments as needed.
  • Coordinate with Sasser Family Holding's legal, outside counsel and insurance brokers to ensure Sasser Family Holding's legal and insurance requirements are maintained.
  • Coordinate with Credit Department to ensure all credit approvals are in place prior to documentation and funding.
  • Follow up with lessees/insurance brokers to ensure annual insurance certificates are maintained by customers.

Here's What it Will Take to be Successful in This Role:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred - Business Administration, Marketing or Accounting.
  • 2+ Years sales support experience and lease documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint (required).
  • Ability to establish priorities and compete deliverables.
  • Prior leasing/rental experience preferred.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to discuss products with customers.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with cross functional departments.
  • Organized, detail oriented.

Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, printers and fax machines.



Working Conditions

This position will be based out of our office in Oak Brook, Illinois. Until the Company moves to Oak Brook in early 2026, this will temporarily work out of the office in Schaumburg, Illinois. This role also offers remote work flexibility with 3 days in office, and 2 days remote.
