Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to ensure productivity and data security.
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between various offices regarding IT concerns.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
  • Assist staff with the setup, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop systems and software.
  • Install software updates and patches on desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, replacing components as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Office products and assist with telecommunication systems.
  • Collaborate with vendor support to address technical problems.
  • Update user account information and assist with password resets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users.
  • Evaluate system needs and recommend upgrades for longevity.
  • Coordinate with procurement for hardware and software purchases.
  • Ensure connectivity and compatibility between different systems.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
  • Engage with team members to enhance processes and reduce costs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to established policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; a 2-year degree is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills.
