Role Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to ensure productivity and data security.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
- Act as a liaison between various offices regarding IT concerns.
- Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
- Assist staff with the setup, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop systems and software.
- Install software updates and patches on desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, replacing components as necessary.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Office products and assist with telecommunication systems.
- Collaborate with vendor support to address technical problems.
- Update user account information and assist with password resets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users.
- Evaluate system needs and recommend upgrades for longevity.
- Coordinate with procurement for hardware and software purchases.
- Ensure connectivity and compatibility between different systems.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
- Engage with team members to enhance processes and reduce costs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; a 2-year degree is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
