Position Overview:

Triplex Sales is seeking a motivated and results driven Outside Sales Representative who specializes in pharmaceutical account coverage to join our growing sales team. The Outside Sales Specialist will play a key role in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The outside salesperson will also be responsible for additional roles and responsibilities as assigned by management.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, existing local relationships, professional demeanor, and a passion for customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Sales Generation:

o  Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and potential clients.

o  Meet and exceed sales targets through inbound and outbound sales activities.

o  Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.


·      Customer Relationship Management:

o  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

o  Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

o  Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


·      Product Knowledge:

o  Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

o  Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to customers.

o  Attend vendor meetings, schools, and product training sessions


·      Sales Support:

o  Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales tactics.

o  Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations.


·      Reporting:

o  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


·      Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

o  Equipment purchasing

o  Special assignments & projects as deemed appropriate by management 

Qualifications:

·      Previous outside sales or account management experience in an pharmaceutical equipment  distribution company, manufacturer, or end user.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

·      Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

·      Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

·      Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Knowledge of ITT Pure Flo & EnviZion valves

Education:

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
