    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Managing CRM: Ensure partner information is current, complete, and accurate.
    • Retention Focus: Conduct outreach to maintain and grow partner engagement. The role involves supporting partners to ensure their success, acting as a resource and advocate for their needs. Focus on maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
    • Communication Management: Vet incoming communications and route them to appropriate stakeholders or handle them directly.
    • Project Management: Provide personalized and highly responsive connections to add value to existing partners. Introductions for collabs, networking, and managing reward and gift initiatives, identifying opportunities to delight our partners.
    • Issue and Opportunity Identification: Use your business acumen to proactively identify and flag potential issues or opportunities to leadership. Stay engaged in the program to spot blockers, blind spots, bad actors, and under-supported or overlooked opportunities. Recognize and celebrate valuable partners, even those who may not rank highly by traditional metrics, and prioritize your efforts accordingly with minimal direction.
    • Advocacy: Keep partner communications relevant and act as an advocate for partners by sharing insights and feedback with the team to continually improve the partner experience.
    • Preparing Email Copy: Creating copy and staging emails for communications with partners for announcements, incentives, and product education.
    • Additional Tasks: As needed, gather contact details for new potential partners as well as perform data clean up, reporting on retention metrics, and other duties related to partnership retention and growth.
