Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive retention marketing strategies aimed at boosting customer loyalty and lifetime value.
2. Manage and optimize email marketing initiatives, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and automation.
3. Execute and oversee SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers effectively.
4. Supervise the loyalty program to encourage repeat purchases and foster long-term engagement.
5. Manage the mobile app to enhance the shopping experience and drive customer retention.
6. Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content for retention marketing efforts.
7. Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on retention metrics, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
8. Oversee customer feedback initiatives and analyze responses to pinpoint areas for improvement.
9. Work closely with customer service to address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
10. Conduct market research to remain informed about industry trends and best practices in retention marketing.
11. Develop and manage a calendar of retention marketing activities, ensuring timely execution.
12. Lead the overall retention strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
13. Formulate long-term plans to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn.
14. Create and implement innovative retention programs that leverage emerging technologies and platforms.
15. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support retention initiatives.

Location and Work Environment:
Hybrid work model: 2 days in-office per week, remaining days remote.

Initial Engagement:

To ensure the best fit for both the candidate and Alabaster Co, this role will start as a part-time position for the first three months. This trial period will allow us to mutually assess the fit and performance before transitioning to a full-time role. We value making thoughtful and deliberate hiring decisions, especially as a small team.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in online marketing or a related field. Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms, SMS marketing tools, and CRM systems. Experience with loyalty programs and mobile app management (Tapcart preferred). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
