Collaboration is key, and you'll have the opportunity to work closely with all parts of the business, ensuring your CRM campaigns directly contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.

 

To excel in this role, we're looking for someone who thrives on excitement and has a deep understanding of ESPs like Braze. Additionally, SQL knowledge and HTML proficiency will be valuable tools in your arsenal.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years experience in CRM or email marketing
  • Deep familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs Braze
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
  • Comfort with data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Sigma)
  • Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
