The Senior Director, Marketing manages the Marketing process across research, strategy, media and content planning, channel activation, brand strategy, execution, implementation and more. This individual will report to the CEO.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Acts as the organization's brand manager, owning the look, feel and voice of the organization's inter-connected brands, acts as brand architect stewarding the development and implementation of our brands
  • Develop strategic brand, content and public relations and paid media campaigns that convert audiences to leads, clients and ultimately ambassadors for our organization
  • Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns backed by data and sound conversion, retargeting, and automation principles
  • Oversee the company's various social media strategy and execution, email marketing campaigns, SEO, paid media and other outbound efforts
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute content and asset productions to include photography, videography, and other assets for print, digital, mobile, social, email and other channels
  • Develop, nurture and create effective influencer partnerships to foster brand reach and awareness with new audiences
  • Primary point of contact for the organization's agency, freelance, contractor, production, software, platforms and other marketing partners
  • Inform, manage and optimize the organization's marketing budgets including paid media spend and optimization, understanding and creating ROI for all marketing activities
  • Act as strategic advisor for special events, program development, business development and admissions activities and other aspects of participation on the organization's Leadership Team.

  • Actively participate both in obtaining and maintaining Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation by timely assistance with all requests, training and adhering to Policies and Procedures
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance policy (e.g., HIPAA, CARF, etc.). Knowledge of and adherence to Company policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal / state / local laws and regulations. Maintain complete confidentiality in all client/program matters, in accordance with Onsite policy

Requirements

DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Onsite's leadership philosophy, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include leading by example and assisting in establishing department vision, budget, and annual operating plans as well as serving on the Leadership team; interviewing, hiring, and training employees; establishing individual employee development plans; establishing succession plans for the department; planning, assigning, and directing work; oversight of appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; quality control.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

Education and/or Experience:

College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing or related field. 7+ years in leadership roles with progressive responsibilities and oversight. 5+ years experience with paid media, SEO, email marketing, CRM, marketing automation or related experience. Ideal candidate will have exemplary project management, communications, and negotiation skills. Prior experience leading agency relationships on the client/brand side is preferred.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages.

Language Skills: Ability to understand, read, write and speak English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, safety data sheets (SDS) or governmental regulations. Ability to successfully write reports, business correspondence and policy. Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions and professionally interact with managers, employees, clients, vendors and the general public.

Reasoning Ability: HIGH. Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action. Must effectively convey ideas, images and goals to a diverse group of personalities.

Other Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of computer applications for the frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be detail oriented and organized with the ability to perform duties under pressure, prioritize workload, and meet timely deadlines. Must have the aptitude and ability to self-direct work. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, customer service-oriented environment, perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner. The employee must work as part of a team, complete assignments independently and take instructions from supervisors.

Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals, flammables, pesticides, etc.

Noise level is typical for an office and therapeutic/trauma treatment environment.

Limited overnight travel (up to 15%) by land and/or air.
