The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of transforming leads into resident move-ins while effectively leading and guiding a team of Sales Directors.

The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive will oversee and steer the sales and marketing division in alignment with our strategic marketing and business objectives. This includes managing the sales team, refining the sales process, and executing all necessary activities to secure sales. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing occupancy rates and revenue generation within our community, representing events, and boosting visibility through active participation in external events. Additionally, this position supports management in resident retention efforts and formulates and implements marketing strategies to meet occupancy targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize established sales methodologies and tools to perform job functions, track data, compile reports, and achieve desired occupancy outcomes.
  • Promote community services and programs to potential residents, their families, and advisors throughout the decision-making process.
  • Coordinate and execute all necessary activities to finalize sales and convert deposits into resident move-ins.
  • Keep management and key associates informed about the status of prospective move-ins.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources to generate leads on a weekly basis.
  • Enhance community visibility and awareness through participation in external events and local market engagement.
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies to achieve community occupancy goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintain proficiency in lead management systems to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A genuine compassion for and desire to work with seniors.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the senior living or healthcare sectors, with a proven ability to generate and close qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with state regulations governing service delivery.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles, including strategies, techniques, and systems.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations relevant to the services offered.
  • Frequent travel required; must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must meet all health requirements, including health screenings and TB clearance.
  • Must pass a drug screening, state-required fingerprinting, and background checks.
  • First Aid certification is preferred.
