The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $69,807 to $110,222. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work program which allows employees to work remotely one day a week after 90 days. The other four days will be worked in the Bournefield office located in Silver Spring, MD.

Responsibilities

The Digital Channel Business Analyst under minimal supervision, implements any Digital Channel system upgrades enhancements, process improvements, generates reports, issue resolution, and vendor relations for various customer impacting systems. Reviews work flows and processes to develop automation and/or process improvements. Development of new processes as well as on researching and resolving issues caused by system failures. Provides support and technical advisement to various area to the bank regarding operation system and processes. Assists with developing department procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Business, Finance, MIS preferred or 4 additional years of related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years experience in operations process improvement, consulting, and strategic business process modeling and quality management techniques.
  • 3 years Digital Channel technical experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Core Banking system experience.
  • Digital Banking system experience.
  • Solid knowledge of banking products including digital banking including understanding of how systems, products, and tools work.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, flexible, and adaptive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the Bank.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office; proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Solid computer, smartphones, tablets, and operating systems, software and other technologies knowledge.
  • Ability to enter information quickly and accurately while juggling other tasks.

  • FIS Core Banking system.
  • Certified ScrumMaster.
