The Campaign and Product Marketing Manager role is a critical position within our marketing department, responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives to support the mission and priorities of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including campaign development, product marketing, and channel management. You will work closely with internal teams, including advocacy, education, and membership, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to support advocacy, membership growth, and public awareness initiatives.
  • Serving as the marketing lead for association products and services, including certifications, continuing education programs, events, and publications.
  • Partnering with product owners to align marketing efforts with product goals and launch timelines.
  • Conducting market research to understand the needs of members and stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance product offerings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns and product promotions across multiple platforms, including email marketing, social media, website, paid advertising, and events.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality assets such as brochures, product guides, case studies, videos, and digital content.
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs of members and stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management and product marketing, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or association sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
