Job Skills / Requirements Per Mar is looking for a sales manager for our Electronic Security Sales team, covering our Western Wisconsin/Eastern Minnesota branches, included Duluth, MN, Eau Claire, and La Crosse, WI. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and team performance within their assigned territory. This role encompasses strategic planning, team development, and operational oversight to achieve sales objectives. The ideal candidate will continue to build and lead a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales team to ensure maximum productivity and new business development. Follow up on existing leads and increase recurring revenue through new sales and customer upgrades. Review all alarm cancellations and implement necessary programs to reduce controllable attrition. Achieve sales targets for installations and recurring revenue. Collaborate with customer care and other departments to resolve any issues that arise. Oversee receivables and collections to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain a strong sales team by constantly building a bench. Ensure the sales team adheres to KPIs and performance metrics. Foster a positive work environment. Manage employee performance and address issues promptly. Proficient in office software and equipment including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, and Excel. Who We're Looking for: High School Diploma or GED is required. Degree in business or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years field sales experience required. Minimum 3 years sales management preferred. Direct customer contact experience required. Security Industry experience preferred. Ability to travel 30-40% within the market. Includes some overnights. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven coaching and mentoring experience in sales. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
