This position reports to the Credit Card Manager. Primary Responsibilities Manage administrative tasks associated with the corporate credit card program including issuing new cards, suspending and unlocking cards as necessary, canceling cards no longer needed, changing card limits as needed. Be available to quickly answer card holder questions as they arise including occasionally after normal business hours Follow up on transaction-related disputes or potential fraud detected by the credit card service provider Be available to create reports to monitor different types of spend, complete audits to ensure compliance with the corporate card policy of the cards and initiate corrective actions as needed. Report suspected fraudulent use of corporate cards to management. Work to ensure spend is coded to the correct general ledger accounts and cost center on a monthly basis in accordance with the Accounting Departments’ month-end close timeline Be able to work closely and communicate effectively with other corporate departments including Accounts Payable, Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Business Analytics, People’s Systems, Training, Legal, etc. Other duties as assigned Why We’re a Better Place to Work Competitive salary.
