Key Responsibilities:

Set up and complete all job project files including claim information and all contract information is accurate

Verify job file completion cycle times and communicate/update carriers and program management with progress notes on dozens of files daily

Review all internal electronic file information for accuracy and estimate planning

Oversee and confirm all job files closed properly including final documentation and warranty

Work with office and accounting team regarding collection cycles and appropriate application of payments

Track all relevant warranty claims

Qualifications:

Expert with Microsoft Suite programs

Background with insurance claims and documentation a plus

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Professional manner and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail for on-going projects

Very self-motivated and goal-oriented multi-tasker

Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
