Our client, a dynamic and innovative organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant V to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant V, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid - 2 days remote, 3 days onsite)

What's the Job?

Provide high-level administrative support to executives and team members.

Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare necessary documentation.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely communication.

Support various projects and initiatives as needed.
What's Needed?

At least 5-7 years of experience in an administrative support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
