Description:

The Administrative Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support within our organization. This position involves greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, performing clerical tasks, and assisting with various administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Provide outstanding customer support to clients and visitors.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
