About the Role
We are seeking a talented Director of GTM Strategy and Analytics, with a background in healthcare consulting or experience working for a healthcare consulting firm. As a Director of Strategy at PayZen, you will work closely with our enterprise sales team and play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' needs, providing expert guidance on our affordability suite, and ensuring seamless integration within their healthcare systems and processes. What you'll do
- Understand client requirements: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges, pain points, and business objectives within the healthcare sector.
- Provide expert consultation: Utilize your healthcare consulting background to analyze client needs and recommend tailored payment solutions that optimize their operations, improve patient experience, and enhance financial performance.
- Product demonstration and training: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the capabilities of PayZen's payment solutions and ensure clients fully understand how to leverage our offerings effectively.
- Solution customization: Work closely with clients to offer a detailed ROI and financial impact analysis using PayZen's affordability suite to align with their specific requirements. Effectively demonstrate the impact of using PayZen over time utilizing data from existing partners.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to address client needs, resolve workflow issues, and ensure successful implementation of PayZen's solutions within health systems existing payment ecosystem.
- Stay updated: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the healthcare payment space to continuously enhance your knowledge and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or healthcare consulting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including payment processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
- Technical proficiency and experience with payment processing systems or healthcare IT solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
