What you'll do as a Data Entry Specialist:

  • Seamlessly handle data entry tasks including order processing, price & delivery updates, and expediting orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Serve as the frontline ambassador by answering customer inquiries via phone, providing exceptional service, and addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
  • Take charge of leads, engaging potential clients, and converting inquiries into actionable opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed as a Data Entry Specialist:
