What you'll bring 10+ years coaching and developing operational and/or customer success leaders to achieve improved outcomes 5+ years experience leading others in a risk operations environment (preferably within a Fin Tech or banking environment) Possess an understanding of compliance, fraud, and financial risk interactions Synthesizing data from disparate sources to identify and introduce initiatives aimed at improving operations quality and efficiency related to customer experiences Sharing compelling stories related to outcomes, innovations, benchmarking, or external trends that inspire innovation and the business case for improvements in operational risk management practices Managing conflicting stakeholder interests, developing strong relationships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels in a cross-functional or matrixed environment Delivers tough messages with confidence, grace and empathy Demonstrates solutions based thinking in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment How you will lead This role will lead the organization/teams responsible for resolving customer facing issues related to risk mitigation practices (compliance, fraud, and financial risks). Your primary focus will be on driving adherence to and improvement within KPIs on the operational interactions necessary to resolve complex risk experience issues. In addition you will be responsible for bringing these experiences to life through qualitative and quantitative storytelling to drive broad awareness and cross functional support for the improvements necessary to provide for improved customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving risk related customer experiences, has a ‘roll up your sleeves’ approach, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment.
