  • Proactively validate payment transactions through direct customer communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of all cases.
  • Provide effective solutions to intricate customer issues with empathy and accuracy.
  • Address fraud-related inquiries from various departments with a high level of professionalism.
  • Exercise discretion when necessary while upholding investigation standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance processes and develop fraud prevention strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in risk management within the payments industry, ideally 2-4 years.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
