Oversee office logistics, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and coordination of office events or meetings. Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel and ensuring timely responses. Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars for executives and team members. Support executives with finance functions such as expense reporting and budget tracking. Serve as a point of contact for office-related issues and inquiries, providing timely resolution and exceptional customer service. Ensure the office premises are well-maintained and equipped; coordinate with external vendors for facility repairs and maintenance; manage office equipment and ensure proper functioning; supervise office cleaning and upkeep services. Monitor office expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities, coordinating with the finance department as needed. Serve as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication within the office and ensure smooth information flow. Coordinate with different departments to accomplish organizational goals. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a demonstrated track record of managing competing priorities effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team. A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing needs. Familiarity with financial management principles (preferred). Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field (preferred).
