Customer Sales Specialist
- Responds to all internet leads and website live chats.
- Assists customers by communicating via email/text/phone to answer questions.
- Sets solid appointments for sales consultants at the dealerships.
- Follows up with missed appointments to try to reschedule within 48-72 hours.

- Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test and motor vehicle report is required.
