hardware, and software).
• Support projects to meet TS goals and objectives.

• Writing and maintaining related technical documents.
• Perform related duties as directed.

Education Requirement
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
OR
• High School Diploma with Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience working with the technologies, services, or processes outlined in the Minimum Qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications
1) 2 years or more experience installing, configuring, maintaining and documenting various infrastructure solutions (security, network, hardware, and software).
2) 2 or more years experience collaborating with engineers and project managers to successfully support project roll-outs through accurate and timely completion of requested work duties.
3) 2 or more years experience working with MS Office 365 - Excel.

Preferred Qualifications (or equivalent):
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Microsoft Active Directory.
• Microsoft Intune.
• Powershell.
• File/Print services.
• Dell Laptops.
• Canon MFPs.
• Certifications (1 or more):
o Network+.

o Microsoft Certified Professional.
