Job Summary

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior technical support staff as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical support interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that they understand the technical issues and the solutions provided.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technical support staff to share knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of technical support.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an educational environment.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, familiarity with common software applications, and understanding of network fundamentals.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, or equivalent certifications preferred.
