Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at Myticas Consulting. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support for computer hardware, software, and network products.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using specialized diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Administer and implement automated data processing systems and computer application programs.
- Plan, design, and oversee analytical and technical assignments, and implementation of computer hardware, software, and network components.
- Maintain, administer, and support remote application and file servers, network operating systems, and local area networks.
- Provision new hire accounts, unlock user accounts, map network drives, and manage user data migration.
- Imaging software using SCCM and troubleshoot user VPN setup.
Requirements:
Must be local and available for a W2 hybrid role. Compensation: $30-35 per hour.
