A Growing Healthcare company is seeking a full time office manager to join their team.

The office Manager will oversee daily operations, facilitate communication among team members, and implement new systems and processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and departments.
  • Act as a liaison with headquarters and external partners.
  • Implement new systems and processes to improve office efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with HR-related functions, including onboarding and employee relations.
  • Address staff inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with office management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.


Salary: $80k - $100k/Year
