**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Supervise Employees Remotly From the office.
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks, such as payroll processing and expense tracking, And invoicing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Communicate effectively with employees on day to day task completion.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines to optimize office efficiency. install and inspections

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office management, including payroll processing and supervising staff.
- Strong knowledge of file management
- Some knowledge in Constuction a PLUS however not Needed
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
