EōS Fitness is in search of an innovative and experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join us for a hybrid role based in any of the following markets: San Marcos, CA, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of in-house recruitment strategy including the development and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing plays to attract and source a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent, all while also providing a professional and customer-service oriented experience for applicants and hiring managers alike.

This person will focus heavily on Corporate and Senior Management roles but will also be very involved with gym level recruiting/interview training, administration and managing and developing our existing in-house recruiting team of two.

We are a fast-paced growing business and embrace change. You must enjoy working in a performance-driven environment with a proven ability to confidently take ownership of processes and projects driving them from inception to completion, with ongoing measurements of results. Extensive experience utilizing data and technology (Various ATS, Zoom, LinkedIn, Indeed, Excel, Power BI etc.) to effectively innovate and improve recruiting processes is a must.

This position will report to the VP of HR and will be a shared resource for our corporate team.

Department: HR (Talent Acquisition/Recruiting)

Core Purpose:To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities within our ATS (currently ADP RM)
  • Create and maintain up to date, compliant job descriptions for existing and upcoming roles
  • Manager all job postings on various platforms with support of the Recruiting team
  • Create and maintain trainings for Recruiting expectations and ATS for front line hiring managers
  • Manage and execute full Lifecyle recruiting for Corporate and Sr. Management (or as assigned) roles, including resuming mining, Zoom screens, coordination of subsequent interviews, reference checks, background checks, written offers, pre-hire onboarding, first day coordination with hiring manager/local HR partner and check in with placed candidates throughout Intro Period (30, 60 90 days)
  • Manage Predictive Index Assessment Platform or comparable talent assessment resources
  • Run and act upon various Audits/Reports
  • Constantly research benchmarks for market rates
  • Lead and develop our in-house Recruiters
  • Utilizes data analytics to inform and improve recruitment strategies
  • Adapting to evolving priorities, balancing competing demands
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management capacity - Fitness Industry Experience is a huge plus
  • Highly organized with a strong desire to work independently
  • Prior experience with a high-volume of open requisitions – at least 30 at any given time across multiple cities/states
  • Prior experience reporting and analyzing recruitment data with actionable suggestions for process/system improvement
  • Prior ATS management and implementation experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of candidates, management, employees, customers, and vendors
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions
  • Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in a TA role
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • A creative, high energy, hands-on professional who can successfully multitask and has strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills

Requirements:
  • Successfully pass background check.
  • Ability to work in an office and gym setting; communicate with employees, members, and vendors in-person, by phone and/or video call.
  • Ability to consistently operate technology including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, reading reports from a computer database or email system.
  • Ability to work 8+ hours in a seated/standing deskwork environment.
