We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking and seasoned Talent Acquisition Director to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity.

This pivotal role will oversee the comprehensive recruitment strategy, encompassing the creation and execution of effective staffing initiatives aimed at attracting a diverse and qualified talent pool. This will be achieved while ensuring a professional and service-oriented experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The focus will primarily be on Corporate and Senior Management positions, alongside active involvement in gym-level recruitment, interview training, administration, and the development of our existing recruiting team.

As a rapidly expanding organization, we embrace adaptability. Candidates should thrive in a performance-driven setting and possess a proven track record of managing processes and projects from inception to completion, with ongoing evaluation of outcomes. Extensive experience in leveraging data and technology (Various ATS, Zoom, LinkedIn, Indeed, Excel, Power BI, etc.) to enhance and innovate recruitment processes is essential.

This role will report directly to the VP of HR and will serve as a shared resource for our corporate team.

Department: Human Resources (Talent Acquisition/Recruiting)

Core Purpose: To cultivate dedicated, lifelong enthusiasts and fitness advocates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations within our ATS (currently ADP RM)
  • Develop and maintain compliant job descriptions for current and future roles
  • Manage job postings across various platforms with the support of the recruiting team
  • Design and implement training programs for recruiting expectations and ATS for hiring managers
  • Execute full lifecycle recruiting for Corporate and Senior Management roles, including resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks, background checks, offer letters, onboarding, and ongoing candidate check-ins during the introductory period
  • Manage the Predictive Index Assessment Platform or similar talent assessment tools
  • Conduct audits and generate reports
  • Research and analyze market benchmarks for compensation
  • Lead and mentor our in-house recruiting team
  • Utilize data analytics to refine and enhance recruitment strategies
  • Adapt to shifting priorities while balancing competing demands
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Experience in the fitness industry is highly desirable
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong inclination to work autonomously
  • Experience managing a high volume of open positions – at least 30 concurrently across multiple locations
  • Proven ability to report and analyze recruitment data with actionable insights for process improvement
  • Prior experience in ATS management and implementation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with employees, management, and vendors
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing capabilities across all levels and functions
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a talent acquisition capacity
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • A creative, energetic, hands-on professional capable of multitasking with a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • A systematic and thorough approach to problem-solving, alongside strong time management and organizational skills
