As a Construction Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for conducting estimates, negotiating contracts, and securing agreements for residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and networking within the industry.
- Estimates: Conduct accurate and detailed estimates for residential construction projects, ensuring all client requirements and specifications are considered.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and showcasing past projects.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in construction sales, estimating, and residential contracting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check.
