Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with regional sales managers and distributors to achieve sales targets
  • Process quotes, orders, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and shipping departments to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in a related field
  • Experience with AS400 or JD Edwards software
  • Knowledge of truck body construction and customization
