The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and creating engaging content across all social media channels, monitoring and growing social media presence, establishing connections with key influencers, and driving engagement. This integral marketing team member will work closely with other members of the Marketing Team and play a significant role in definition and implementation of the enterprise digital strategy. The ideal candidate requires a strong analytical background paired with creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy
  • Create and maintain social media calendars
  • Assist in the creation and editing of engaging written, video and photo content
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Monitor analytics and report on key metrics
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
  • Maintain library of User Generated Content (UGC) through digital platform
  • Assist in the development and management of influencer marketing strategy
  • Ongoing identification, qualification and outreach for new influencers
  • Negotiate and contract influencers and provide ongoing review of influencer contracted deliverables and results
  • Keep abreast of social media best practices and trends and evolve strategies accordingly.
  • Physical requirements: must be able to lift and move up to 10#
  • Sitting, standing and walking throughout the day
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in prior marketing role
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with all major social media platforms and management tools
  • Skilled in video editing software
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, SEO and web traffic metrics
