Content Creation and Management
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) across all social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos that resonate with our audience.
  • Write and edit compelling copy that reflects our brand voice and encourages interaction.
Community Engagement
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster and grow an active online community by initiating conversations and engaging with followers.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach.
Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns and promotions to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media strategy and content.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize our social media activities.
Trends and Innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Explore new social media platforms and opportunities to expand our online presence.
  • Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve our social media efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Must have experience in Adobe Suite
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
