Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Pickleball Inc you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness and loyalty. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media activities.


Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create engaging content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Content Creation and Management

  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) across all social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos that resonate with our audience.
  • Write and edit compelling copy that reflects our brand voice and encourages interaction.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster and grow an active online community by initiating conversations and engaging with followers.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns and promotions to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media strategy and content.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize our social media activities.

Trends and Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Explore new social media platforms and opportunities to expand our online presence.
  • Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve our social media efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Must have experience in Adobe Suite
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
