Responsibilities

The Sales Manager at Valmet Tissue Converting will play a key role of building and maintaining Sales for Tissue Converting, Green Bay. The challenging role will be responsible for the coordination of the customer's needs and growth opportunities for New Equipment, Upgrades, Spare Parts and Service. In this role you will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams including, Sales, Marketing, Management, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance/Controlling.

Expectations

You will need a bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5 years in the Tissue/Paper industry is preferred.

To be successful in the role you must be able to Identify the short and long-terms customers' needs and value drivers in order to provide insights for future portfolio development in all the segments of our comprehensive offering and Services. Ability to identify and highlight risks, challenges, trends and opportunities for current and future Tissue business, recommend mitigation strategies and differentiation opportunities. Provide insight and strategic recommendations to Management and Sales teams.

Collaboration and ownership of ideas to deliver solutions. Collaborate with all departments of company that have an impact on Tissue Converting sales to bring together combined ideas / solutions that will benefit our customers.

Willingness to travel in North America as required to meet business requirements and the capacity to accommodate the availability of our colleagues located in other time zones with occasional international travel as necessary.
