Provides business development leadership and direction for geographic location(s) or specific market sector(s) over a broader geographic area. Cultivates prospects and negotiates contracts for Austin Services which will generate meaningful and profitable business for the Company. Understands business negotiations and recognizes and acts upon opportunities to promote the Company's expertise and successful past performance. Once work is awarded, keep contact with the client to ensure complete satisfaction. Some travel is required to cultivate new and ongoing business development endeavors.

Requirements

  • Normally requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture or Business (or equivalent) and at least 6-10 years of diversified experience.
  • In lieu of this, 10+ years of experience across the industry.
  • Experience across Aerospace sector is required.
