Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and respond to employee questions using documented procedures.

  • Utilize system tools for accurate and efficient resolution.

  • Escalate complex issues to HR Specialists or Supervisors.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of inquiries and resolutions.

  • Stay updated on HR policies and employment laws.

  • Produce and maintain records and reports.

  • Demonstrate patience and effective communication under stress.

  • Ensure employee privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
