    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable legal standards.

  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a resource for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the overall HR function.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR capacity, ideally as an HR Assistant or Coordinator.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
