Responsibilities

  • Initial point of contact for employees calling into the Employee Contact Center with HR-related questions or concerns
  • Support a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, create cases, and assign cases to the appropriate teams

What you'll have:

  • High School Diploma Required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast paced and high-volume contact center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours vary between 7am-6pm - a schedule will be provided upon start
