Responsibilities:
- Train Topcon Sales employees on GPS and Robotic Equipment, software (Magnet Field, Pocket 3D), and workflow for Topcon products.
- Work with customers in the field to teach and train on Topcons hardware and software products.
- Classroom training at Topcon Solutions Store for groups of 6-8 people on various hardware and software products.
- Phone support to troubleshoot field problems with customers.
- Field surveying experience required.
- Topcon 3D Exchange, Topcon Pocket 3D, Magnet Office, Magnet Collage, and other related software products knowledge is a plus.
- Autodesk programs: Civil 3D, Point Layout, Navisworks, BIM 360 are a plus.
- mmGPS, LPS, as well as GPS and Robotic systems for surveying and layout hardware knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, speaking/presentation ability, and positive, professional persona and appearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Construction layout equipment and/or land survey equipment is required.
- A BS/BA or other technical degree is preferred.
- Must be able to withstand the rigors of teaching a class for 6-8 hours in a day, for multiple days in a row.
- Ability to travel by airline or car to remote areas to provide training.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Able to walk on rugged jobsites.
- Typically 50% of the time is indoors with a PC or in a classroom. 50% outdoor job site duties
Base Pay
Expected Base Pay Range: $99-120k Annualized
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.

For hourly ("non-exempt") employees, we offer personal paid time off which accrues in accordance with local standards. All paid time off policies are in accordance with or exceeding local law. Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for our Health and Welfare benefit package.
