This role is integral to our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on recruiting top talent for various OEM customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and an understanding of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for OEM customer positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent within the automotive industry.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and skill assessments.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the OEM market and automotive industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • German language proficiency would be a plus.
