About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers. You'll lead a recruiting team, manage day-to-day talent acquisition responsibilities, and drive focused diversity and inclusive hiring initiatives to ensure diverse candidate slates are presented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent in alignment with Pharmavite's overall talent strategy.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for Corporate and Commercial functions, including executive level and complex roles, and ensure positive hiring manager, candidate, and new-hire experiences.
  • Drive focused diversity and inclusive hiring initiatives to ensure diverse candidate slates are presented.
  • Partner with hiring managers and other key business leaders to understand current business strategy and internal talent makeup to define unique recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines for future workforce needs.
  • Lead, engage, coach, and develop team members, and set an example of high-performance standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is compliant with all policies and legislation, and follow best practices for applicant tracking, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Remain current with industry trends for assigned job families and apply those insights to drive achievement of recruiting and hiring plans.
  • Measure and report key team and individual performance metrics to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision making.

Annual Pay: $143,603.00 - $215,353.00

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary, such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
