Sales & Marketing Support Administrator

§ Contribution to the achievement/exceed of sales targets by coordinating sales activities, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining good customer relationships.§ As customer interface, replying to emails/calls, answering queries, informing them of delays and arranging delivery dates.§ Handling orders and check them through contract review process and commercial requirements.§ Inputting orders into ERP system.§ Ensuring orders are processed according to customer requirements, accurate and delivered on time.§ Follow up customer schedules/Purchase orders updates and report them to the concerned people.§ Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales.§ Developing and reporting Backlog, sales targets & progress.§ Reporting AOP report.§ Reporting Sales Attainment file§ Developing Shipping/Invoicing plan and breakdown to Export department.§ Invoicing and uploading invoices to customer.§ Adjusting prices yearly through raw material / labor passthrough.§ Quoting of production parts.§ Reporting 5 years financial plan report.§ LTAs review and adherence.§ Ensuring AR on time
