Here's what your day may look like:
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop strategies, programs, and technologies that educate and prepare leaders and team members to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with business areas as a strategic thought partner to assess needs, recommend development solutions, then craft and deliver targeted OD programs. Evaluate, and measure effectiveness and impact, and track participant's progression.
  • Responsible for leading all programmatic aspects including analyzing, crafting, developing, implementing, and evaluating (ADDIE) assigned programs. This includes coordination of the big picture and all associated details for programs including handling all logistics such as, but not limited to:
    • strategic analysis
    • in person and virtual classroom facilitation
    • communication with participants and business partners
    • pre-work coordination and post-work sustainment
    • use of software such as LinkedIn Learning and Workday LMS
    • development & management of assessments and reports
    • coordination of ALL deliverables (facilitator guides, participant guides, communication plan, and all other program materials)
    • prioritization of work in partnership with teams
    • keep up with current trends in talent development with respect to development concepts, modalities and program initiatives
    • facilitate instructor-led training/meeting sessions as needed
    • after action evaluation and review
    • programmatic renovation post implementation
    • Partner with vendors to ensure quality service is being provided
    • Enjoys working on a team and independently
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Work onsite in Meridian, ID
