About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in Meridian, ID. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance leadership development and talent management across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to design and deliver targeted organizational development programs that meet business objectives.
- Work closely with business areas to assess needs, recommend development solutions, and craft and deliver OD programs that drive results.
- Lead all programmatic aspects, including analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs.
- Coordinate logistics, communication, and participant engagement for programs, including in-person and virtual classroom facilitation.
- Utilize software such as LinkedIn Learning and Workday LMS to manage program delivery and participant progress.
- Develop and manage assessments and reports to measure program effectiveness.
- Partner with vendors to ensure quality service is provided.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in human resources, leadership development, and/or talent management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Creativity and design experience.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a passion for completing tasks.
- Zeal for continuous learning and growth.
