About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in Meridian, ID. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance leadership development and talent management across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to design and deliver targeted organizational development programs that meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with business areas to assess needs, recommend development solutions, and craft and deliver OD programs that drive results.
  • Lead all programmatic aspects, including analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs.
  • Coordinate logistics, communication, and participant engagement for programs, including in-person and virtual classroom facilitation.
  • Utilize software such as LinkedIn Learning and Workday LMS to manage program delivery and participant progress.
  • Develop and manage assessments and reports to measure program effectiveness.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure quality service is provided.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in human resources, leadership development, and/or talent management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Creativity and design experience.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a passion for completing tasks.
  • Zeal for continuous learning and growth.
