The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral member of the marketing team, responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies and managing multiple systems. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital platforms to reach target audiences and drive engagement, leads, and sales. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing the company's online presence and driving customer engagement. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update the bank's website, including blog, location pages and online listing directories.

* Create new website pages and landing pages to support advertising campaigns.

* Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.

* Ensure website compliance including branding guidelines and accessibility standards.

* Coordinate and execute customer email campaigns using the email marketing platform.

* Measure success of all email campaigns and provide reports.

* Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to customer feedback.

* Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for improvement.

* Build comprehensive monthly reports.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

* Marketing Cloud proficiency, including email studio.

* Proficiency in Kentico or similar CMS.

* Strong understanding of SEO and ADA compliance.

* Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to measure campaign performance.

* Proven ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

* High attention to detail.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Self-motivated, able to work independently, and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Industry and Work Experience:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience required.

Academic:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, news media, public relations or related field preferred.
