Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of webinars, as well as assisting in creating and optimizing web pages and blog posts.
This role requires a blend of project management skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for digital marketing.
Candidates are not required to have subject-matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Webinar Project Management:
- Plan, schedule, and manage webinars, including content creation, promotion, and post-event analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution of webinars.
- Develop and maintain a webinar calendar, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Monitor webinar performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and lead generation.

Web Page Support:
- Work directly in our web platform interface to create, update, and optimize web pages. Training will be provided.
- Assist in the design and layout of landing pages, product pages, and other digital assets.
- Work with the SEO team to implement SEO best practices to enhance web page performance and visibility.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on project management and web content creation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
